Reservation Cancellation and Changing Policy

Total amount of the booking should be paid to confirm the purchase.

The cancellation and any changes of bookings will proceed as mentioned below. The booking cancellations and any change may end up with penalty which is 100% of the total booking amount.

Cancellation Policy for Short Term Housing Bookings

  • Cancellations 14 days before check-in will be charged the cleaning fee and commission. The rest of the total amount of the booking will be refunded to the guests.
  • Cancelllations before 7 to 14 days of the check in will be refunded 50% of the whole booking.
  • Cancellations 7 days before check in are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy for Long Term Housing Bookings

  • 28 days and longer bookings are considered as Long Term Bookings and the rules below are applied;
  • Cancellations 28 days and longer before check in are refunded after cleaning fee and commission charge.
  • Cancellations before less than 28 days check in will be charged full 30 days and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

Cancellation and Refunding

  • Cancellations during the stays are not refundable.
  • Cancellations are refunded in 15 working days.
  • Repayments are transfered to the credit card or the bank account of the guests.

Booking Change

When our guests wish to make changes on their bookings, we consider;

  • If the property or the yacht is available for the change required,
  • The date, the price and the other conditions of the booking dates,

A reservation can be changed twice and should be informed 15 days before the check in. Fioresuites keeps the right to make changes on the bookings with a good reason and inform the guests in advance. The guests may happily accept these changes or ask for alternative product or service which Saltonmyface has on the market. If the guests are not satisfied with any changes and alternative offers they may cancel their bookings and keep their refund right according to cancellation policies.

 

Extenuating Circumstances

Changes to government travel requirements.

Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements declared by a governmental agency – office that prevent travel to Turkey or the destination. This does not include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances.

Declared emergencies and epidemics.

Government-declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area or the whole country.

Government travel restrictions.

Travel restrictions imposed and declared by a governmental agency- office that prevent or prohibit travelling to, staying at, or returning from the our location and destination. This does not include travel advisories and similar government guidance.

Military actions and other hostilities.

War, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.

Natural disasters.

Natural disasters and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include common enough conditions in our destinations.
